Purchasing his first property at the age of 18 ignited Anthony’s passion for the property industry. His initial experience was as an investor – into his early-twenties, Anthony bought and sold residential property as a way to build his understanding of how the real estate market operated.
Anthony’s first experience as a developer was in 2004, and since then, he has independently built and sold houses for over 10 years, predominantly in Adelaide’s affluent inner-south & eastern suburbs . To take his passion for property to the next level, Anthony accepted a position in 2008 with one of South Australia’s largest property development companies, where he worked on master planned developments featuring apartment buildings, townhouse groups and commercial property.
In 2010, Anthony joined Scott Salisbury Homes where he worked directly with architects and clients to design and build custom homes, investment properties, off-the-plan and built-form developments. This experience has given Anthony the deep building knowledge he needs to help clients connect with builders for their unique projects.
Anthony’s wealth of experience in property has given him a solid understanding of the building process, and specifically, his experience on custom residential developments has given Anthony opportunities to deal directly with architects, councils, heritage advisors and private planners. He has overseen creation of over $40 million worth of architectural plans, and over $30 million worth of completed homes.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Management from the University of South Australia, and his Land Agents Licence from the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA). Prior to pursuing his career in property, Anthony was in new car sales & management at Adelaide BMW, where he was recognised over concurrent years for being in the top 5 salespeople in Australia.
